Work hard, get rewarded! Your pay is in your hands. Many opportunities to make more money. I love working there because hard work pays off and you do not get that everywhere. The environment is also easy to work in. Show up on time, work when scheduled, follow easy dress code, give it your all, and all that equals no problems.

You goof off and do the bare min, expect to get min pay.

Disorganized, unsupportive, and deceptive. Didn't provide field equipment. Will claim prospective candidates lack experience regardless of knowledge level or past experience. Offer paths to certifications based on previously mentioned claim but don't deliver. Low pay for technical work. Basically a more stressful call center job but in person sometimes.
