Great pay for the general area. Only G4S and Triple Canopy can compare. Once the supervisor/contract manager is GONE! it will be a great place to work. CEO was a nice guy.

If you applied for Salinas then its in Greenfield at a Cannabis site. Could have been a great site to work at if it wasn't for the site supervisor/contract manager. Who ever has work for XX. Frasher you will know just by the last name this is a poor manager. This is the second time i known him to run a cannabis site into the ground and have all the guards revolt against him. Hired to do a job but has a non personnel do the admin work. Horrible scheduling takes to long, runs employees into the ground with OT with lack of consideration for personal life. Week after week being threaten with being fired over trivial things and not work ethics. Lack of tech knowledge, lack of pass-downs, lack of proper DAR writing. If you do not obey the handbook to a T most likely you will be suspended then terminated after suspension that is how Frasher works with revenge tactics. I RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE only take this job if you don't mind being put down regardless of all your security training and saying good by to family time or personal life because you will be SXXt on.
