biased management (to everyone who is from their city which is Belgaum) founders will not talk to you, or respect your position in the company, it is humiliating as they will use their phone while a person is talking to them very poor decision making skills (the entire top management) Hired for something else = work for something else do not question your ability and efforts put in while working in this company or after working. it the fault within the company. people who are underperforming from yrs are still in the co and no action is taken against them just because they are the managements favourites The management itself is a MEME. irrelevant reasons will be given to a person about their lack of perfrmance
