This is the first company I've worked at where I feel my work is truly reviewed and valued! The people at the Nashville office are so kind and great at giving valuable feedback and advice. - no matter what task you're doing, it's always something really interesting and most of the time fun - everyone works together to make the company flow, so you talk to people all across the world on a daily basis - I never feel overworked or like I'm doing busywork - overall a great and healthy place to work. I highly recommend.

The only sort of con is that it's hybrid and I'd love to work in person more!

Almost none to name. Only pro is that lower level employees are some of the kindest, funniest, most talented people you will ever meet.

Everything about this company is a con, literally and figuratively. I should’ve known immediately when they offered me the role and gaslit me into thinking I said my salary expectations were lower than I stated. From there, it was a never ending cycle of putting on accounts, to being taken off accounts, to taking on other employees’ workloads, to ultimately being let go because they “didn’t have enough business coming in”. It was not my job to bring in new business so it was a bogus excuse. The person who is in charge of bringing in new business, however, is entirely incompetent. Unfortunately this person was also my boss. When I asked for support I was told that things all fall on me. When I explained where I was confused or struggling this person told me it’s my job to figure it out. Nevermind this persons complete lack of feel during meetings or during happy hours. This person constantly made internal and external employees uncomfortable and I’m ultimately thankful to not be under this persons management. There is no diversity here. There was one black person on the team. Everyone else is white. The best thing WMA ever did for me was let me go. It’s the most toxic environment i’ve ever been in
