- No Human Resources. - Constantly anxious about the status of employment because the lead of upper management is unpredictable. - Toxic environment. Lead of upper management is distrustful and hostile. - Long hours. You are expected to work long hours without additional compensation. - Lead of upper management makes false promises regarding innovations and trips. - When employees quit you will be expected to take on their responsibilities instead of the company rehiring and you will not be fairly compensated for it. - Lead of upper management doesn’t know anything about operations. Also, disregards employee suggestions or strategies. - Office space is really small which makes it hard to focus on work and do meetings. - Lastly, this company no longer has structure. It’s chaotic and messy. Very stressful.
