Good ambiance but no clear management - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso Wabel

Great company atmosphere, very friendly and motivated staff

The don't have offices in Paris anymore

Office close to the metro. International employees. Sometimes social gatherings.

Never ending changes and office politics. The Sales team working on bonuses, and very bonus focus above anything else. Extremely rude employees, mostly straight out of Uni/college and has been colored by the Wabel way of working (ignorant, rude and me-me-me focus) Little willingness to cooperate with employees. Non-caring when it comes to meetings and meeting times. Rude management with no clear vision of the company. HR part of management, which makes it impossible, to be honest about what's going on in the company. Promised bonuses that are not further discussed. No lunch card. Crazy work hours (Often 09 -08 HR) Oh, and the office don't even provide you with free coffee to work. You feel stuck and unappreciated. All in all, this is an extremely unprofessional environment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that is career driven and professional.
