Pay won’t increase for a year or so

Consistent hours, pay is low but the job is easy.

Upper management and operations care about protecting the company’s reputation over everything. Management was often abusive and HR reports did nothing but make matters worse. There is absolutely no accommodations for staff with unique needs and outside of work dynamics.
