Toxic work culture, no minority representation whatsoever. Firm is just your typical white bloke in a suit, helicoptering his ego around and getting a kick out of bullying school leavers. Exceptionally high staff turn over, and high employee long term sick rates, waaaaay more than any firm. You'll always find at least one staff member crying in the bathroom at any given time. The daily employee mantra is always "I just went home and cried last night after work". Jumping ship as soon as I qualify. Firm only cares about it's image and giving men more money
