Great people willing to provide good quality under professional supervision

When it was Wellspring Pharmaceutical it was a very pleasant place to work. Since the company was re-acquired it has slowly begun to go downhill. The company lost its quality first perspective. They began hiring very unprofessional individuals, who have minimal knowledge about GMP regulations. Supervisory, managerial and director positions have been given out to those who lack experience in the pharmaceutical field. With the increase of under qualified employees the company has struggled with audits through the year. They also show lack of care for their long time staff by reducing their benefits from the previous year.

Hard-working people. Technicians in labs very knowledgeable and always willing to go extra mile to help.

Incompetent leadership have no idea how to run a business, just keep milking people and machines until break down! Managers think the "extra mile" is expected every day!
