5yWe apologize for the delay in responding! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback although we're disappointed to hear your experience was less than great. One of our core values is integrity so it's difficult to hear your feelings on Gympass not holding up to those standards as it's something we strive towards daily.
Working for a startup can mean frequent changes and we understand the frustration with having to navigate those. Over the past few months we've implemented various new communication efforts which have shown great improvement. We aim to continue learning, growing and to do better - your feedback helps us to do so!
