Remote Work. That's about it.
Svantaggi
The co-founders expect their teams to be available 24/7. They have no respect for boundaries and will send you messages while you are on PTO or afterhours. They micromanage everyone through a virtual office so they can see when people are away from their desk and they don't see anything wrong with inserting themselves into your meetings. They will track your schedule, so if you have personal appts in there they will casually ask you about it. They offer sub-market salaries and benefits, and will overwork their employees with little regard for work/life balance or self-care. They have had employees leaving in droves over the past year, but they try to do damage control by lying to current employees and telling them the departures were due to "personal reasons", "chasing a leadership role", or "not being transparent about needs." D would rather control of the narrative rather than admit he is not an effective leader. While I was there, employees tried numerous times to voice their concerns through team meetings and culture surveys, but nothing was ever done. I can attest to another review on here saying that Julie & D tend to play the "good cop, bad cop" game, and it's incredibly manipulative. If you are considering a job opportunity here, do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere.
