The company tends to prioritize short-term fixes over long-term strategy, and major changes are often not carefully vetted or communicated across departments. Turnover felt high with lots of "starting over from scratch" situations that should have been prevented through cross-training and/or internal raises/promotions. Proper planning and budgeting for department needs and growth seemed like a large obstacle for many in leadership.
