The pay is above average, but that’s because it’s Aerospace manufacturing. Definitely not because they want to take care of employees. Bonuses are paid to the incompetent yes men. They love those guys in meetings. They will commit to all sorts of action items that they don’t have any real accountability for or interest in doing. Their objective is to blindly agree with the site lead, and reap the rewards of the operations team if they are successful. They are smart enough to push their highest margin product to cover up other sales misses.

Understaffed. Over committed. Upper management can’t drift into a clue even when they are next to a Great Lake. They ask for survey participation, then tell you your opinion is wrong. That was due to a record year in sales; so since the metrics they care about are good they don’t care what you think. They are paying the price now at Euclid.
