      WhiteCap Search was one of the worst jobs I ever took. Absolutely no work/life balance at all. You are expected to work over 50 hours a week for little pay. The worst places I have ever worked for honestly. No sense of camaraderie at all and little to no diversity

      We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience working for our organization. The majority of employees work on very competitive commission plans and therefore have uncapped earnings so they work hard. While we take all reviews seriously, our organization goes above and beyond to focus on culture, team-based work! We offer a fun, sales-based environment that's focused on outcomes and achievements.
