Not bad not great company

Needs work kind of company

The employees are very nice and fun to work with. The products are also fun.

Hourly employees are not appreciated for the volume of work they do. No paid time off, no personal days, no sick days - the owner doesn't think hourly employees deserve those benefits and HR clerk won't fight for the hourlies. Hourlies cannot work over 40 hours or they'll be written up, so employees have to babysit the timeclock--that's not an effective use of time. If an employee hits 40 hours at 15 til 5pm on Friday, no matter how hard they've watched the time throughout the week, they have to leave, but then the manager goes ballistic and makes threats. If an employee gets side tracked and can't get to the timeclock and goes over 40 hours by even a tenth of second, the manager goes ballistic and writes them up. Salaried employees work upstairs and hourlies work downstairs--it's a "caste" mentality--because salaried employees get exclusive privileges. This place is write up happy and fire happy. Very high turn over! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE!
