The leadership continues to decline even after "restructuring". Most management depends on ass kissers who tell them what is going on in manufacturing due to the fact that the management has no idea how to do the manufacturing process. It's a sad thing to have to tell your boss or bosses what needs to be done in your area instead of having leadership. Very frustrating, I'm sure that wonderful man who started this company is rolling over in his grave. Also it amazes me that the people getting promoted have criminal records.
