      Pros: 1. Strategic approach to the business 2. Running against the rat race in the recruitment industry by accepting only critical and impacting work. 3. All the team members are like-minded and care about nothing but results and growth 4. Accelerated start-up environment, a great place to absorb the passion needed to grow and run an Org. 5. Diverse Team, everyone is from a different background and has their own set of stories that lead to radical osmosis for others.

      Cons: 1. this place is not for someone who wants to settle in life and has a mindset 9-5, the energy that the others have will rattle such people.

      - Established recruitment process is actually very good. - They put in the effort to train new employees well. - Good for short-term.

      - Unethical and inappropriate behaviour is accepted and promoted at the Founder level. - At the time, there was no POSH committee (which goes against law since there were over 15 employees). - Created an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe environment for a woman to be in where no protections are given. - Not even long-time female employees will stand up against the inappropriate behaviour. - Payscale is on the lower side.
