I enjoyed the people I worked with for the most part. Enjoyed my job and my position. They made an effort to make you feel appreciated when it was convenient for them.

Svantaggi

Overworked in multiple departments. Worked tons of overtime and got no appreciation for it. Micromanaged and was being watched after I started speaking up about things that were happening. I started to feel like I had to watch my back and keep documents of conversations between manager cause she would change her mind or said that she told me something else. It really took a toll on my mental health. No benefits, no PTO and you get denied for any days off during the school year even if it’s for a wedding or important event in your life.

The job is extremely flexible. You get a certain amount of papers to score (say 48 or 50) and you're given about a week to complete them. Extensions are also offered if needed, just email supervisor (at least in my experience). Zero phone calls which is great for me.

Svantaggi

There aren't any team meetings. I realized I learn better this way. You may be scoring up to 18 different criteria's within one given essay and you are paid pennies. Yet we are required to have some form of higher education. This 15 dollars every 2 weeks is insulting at best. Especially in this economy. A lot is being asked for so little pay. Even chat GPT said this was not worth it but I desperately need the money and will take the chump change.
