      Big slow company, stuck to management decisions. Managers usually are in their position because of their seniority and not because of their knowledge. Rare possibilities of carreer.

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
