They encouraged a cross-country flight for aimless onboarding, while COVID was raging. No direction from management. Meeetings are reeleegatd. to "What are we doing?" When success is defined and KPIs met, half of marketing left for real work, the other half was laid off. Brilliant marketers just axed. The perils of start up culture. Not worth the risk.
