I was given lots of support and opportunity for advancement. Everyone works together towards the same goal. It's a very positive place to work and they are set up well for fully remote workers.

Lack of communication in areas

I will keep it short, but I really say enough good things about this company. The core mission, the smart strategic approach, the company values (which are meaningful and are ACTIVELY FOLLOWED by the whole company), and the level of expertise exhibited across the board by the people who work here...it's all great. It's a really remarkable place to work.

It's not an enormous company, so advancement can be difficult.
