Constant micro-managing and feedback rounds, gaslighting you into thinking you are never good enough, also abusive feedback rounds leaving people in tears, and A LOT of corporate and other bs. Working there is kafkaesque, you can't trust anyone, most of all not senior management or HR. The CEO likes to act jovially but would sell his nan, I reckon. Really bad and incredibly stupid decisions are followed through because of politics and good people are burnt on the way. Wouldn't waste my time there, constant fear will be your new friend. Ruined my mental health for a while. Definitely can't recommend.
