Inexperienced Leadership - Recensione dipendente - Head of Engineering presso Zedify

Leadership at the highest level in this company lacks the experience needed to actually run a company. During my 1 year of tenure at the company there were three different CTOs and two Heads of Product. The business seems to expect quite a lot from the engineering department while simultaneously being afraid of resourcing the engineering department, and as a result of a fear of making the wrong decision leadership tends to avoid committing to any decisions. I found the Head of Engineering role to be a bit of a poisoned chalice at Zedify.
