Appalling. No support but expected to take on work paying on £1.40 a drop (less than gig economy rates) and pay staff real living wage. After 4 years of broken promises and investing over £100k of my own money I terminated the franchise. They only ‘win’ contracts at bottom price and their national customers dont give a damn about environmental concerns, they just want cheapest.
