3yThis is tough feedback to receive and we are sorry that this was your experience. We want feedback to be constructive, future-focused, and actionable. We also want feedback to move in all directions. We recognize that not all employees are comfortable providing feedback to the Leadership team or C-Suite. To help overcome that barrier have Zennbox for anonymous comments, a Professional Services Management team who will surface concerns on your behalf, and a Human Resource team who will investigate claims of inappropriate behavior and/or harassment. DEI is an active initiative at Zennify. We do love sharing and celebrating the stories and experiences of our employees. These stories can be educational, and inspirational and frequently increase the empathy and understanding of cultures and experiences different than our own. Our company has employees in every protected EEO category and our leadership team is diverse in ethnicity, gender, and religious beliefs. Diversity awareness starts in our talent acquisition process, interview training, and onboarding and we are proud of our inclusive culture. We also recognize that the work of DEI is never completed and that effort is required to ensure appreciation of our differences continues.
