If you're a fresher and value your mental health and well-being, I strongly advise you to think twice before joining this company. The HR department is unresponsive and often fails to address genuine concerns. My reporting manager was extremely controlling—constantly monitoring movements and requiring updates for even short breaks of 5–10 minutes.
Within just two months of joining, I was already being yelled at and threatened with termination for not meeting unrealistic deadlines. The work culture felt more like a strict school than a professional environment, with only 30 minutes allocated for lunch and mandatory working Saturdays. The workload was overwhelming, especially considering our team consisted of just two people handling everything.
If you’re looking for a healthy and supportive work environment to grow in, this defintely is not be the right place.
