* Minimal to no support from management.
* The CEO believes he knows more about how to do your role than you do.
* There is no space to have your own ideas, opinions, or creativity. You do as you are told or you’re out.
* Only a couple people have currently survived more than 2 years.
* You’re expected to learn absolutely everything about your role and the company on your own within the first couple months. Don’t expect any resources or support for this though. If you can’t learn at the company’s pace, then you will be let go.
* CEO will happily talk about other employees to you behind their backs, so don’t be surprised that he’ll have some words about you too.
* If anything goes wrong with the platform, it can’t ever possibly due to the sheer amount of large changes that were attempted to get completed to the highest quality possible with a last-minute notice.
* Your mistakes are actively sought out. You will receive more feedback for anything you have missed, forgotten about or misunderstood than actual complements and praise.
* The CEO will treat you based on his mood that time of day; jovial one minute, hating your guts the next. So you’ll never truly know how he feels about you as an employee. How mysterious of him!
