Managers have unrealistic expectations over AI, pushing people to work overtime. Rigid return-to-work policy, ignoring the fact some people live far away and two days in office is unfeasible. The lack of flexibility has caused discrimination to some people, they are totally aware but don't care. The company will cold treat employees when there is conflict of interest (return to office, for example). It's kind of common for them, so if they do this to you, remember it's their fault. The company try to create a diverse and welcoming image to the public, by participating things like code first girls, which is a huge contrast to how they actually treat their staff, don't be fooled.
