They talk about transparency and say the company is doing well, then conduct mass layoffs - Low morale - Top heavy; too many people in the C-Level - Most hiring decisions are based on who you know - Some departments and employees are blatantly allowed to violate office rules - Pay and severance packages weren't competitive, yet the company paid for an abundance of swag items
