- Overtime pay available. -Random bonuses once in a while. -Printed merchandise for a few well-known clients which made the work a little more interesting.

-No clearly defined roles or responsibilities resulting in zero accountability when things go wrong. -Owner will tell multiple employees to do the same task which causes more confusion and chaotic situations. -Broken equipment and outdated processes leading to miscommunication and misprinted orders. -A logo can be printed upside down and in yellow ink instead of blue ink but the owner will always blame the customer and fight to not replace the order. -Won't see or hear from management all day only to be told at the end of the shift about the multiple orders that need to be completed that day. -Contradicting procedures that seem to change week to week. -Blatant favoritism to a select few employees.

Reasonably flexible hours that aid in the acclimation process of the typical work week schedule, whether that be the usual 9 - 5 or even 8 - 4, also permits a night shift depending on position/department. Chill and relaxed working environment with good, supportive co-workers. Highly recommended for those who need a solid starting point to gain experience in their respective field.

There are times where there can be miscommunications in the chain of command for certain tasks, but these are usually resolved with little to no issues.
