So much to share Please don't join this company It works in hire n fire way, they don't have a proper sales/pre-sales team. They have very small projects which they get bcoz of their family contacts. Company is completely run by family so this is kind of family business where u can work as their puppets. They hire people on getting the project n fire them once project is finished. I was there for almost 2 years on approaching the appraisal time they just told me to put papers. Half of the public here is on bench, sitting here without any project or appraisal. I have seen them hiring people for some project n fire them within 2 months. At the time of joining they will promise you so many things like WFH, work flexibility, diwali bonus...u will get nothing of all. Only 15 leaves increase ur problem. For taking your own leave you have to give justifications. Cherry on top is owners will go for trips and after coming back they will make you sit and share there trip details as if u are getting paid for that. Please don't join this company
