IT systems are not great

ahm is fairly small team with a great cross team collaborative culture. The company encourages a great work life balance and genuinely cares about the well fare of their employees. Owned by the Medibank group you get the best of both worlds, a relatively small team with the perks of larger umbrella company.

Sometimes hard to achieve goals, due to cross team workflow issues.
