If you come here with a positive attitude, keep your head down, take advantage of what the company offers, there is plenty room for growth and pay increase. The company will even help you go back to school and learn new skills. You simply need to ask that's all. I personally applaud management here. If you do what's asked, show a willingness to learn, and apply yourself; they will stand behind you. They have treated me like a person and not just a number. There are bonuses, some are just for showing up to work and being on time. They even feed you for free once a month from a food truck! This place is very simply, show up to work on time and do what's asked. They even give yearly pay raises that are based on performance and attitude. I like it here, that's just my two cents.

It's get rather hot in the summer time, they do accommodate for this by adding longer breaks. The work can get physical and munotnis. But it's a job with money.
