Svantaggi
The CEO consistently demeans people, often times for meaningless things and things not within our control. These harassing conversations never take place behind closed doors, like a respectable leader would do, instead he prefers to insult you with an audience who is too afraid to do anything about it. Management never intervenes because they are all worried they will become his next target. He never apologizes for being in the wrong, because he doesn't believe he is ever wrong. If you are wondering why people continue to work in such an awful environment, just know that most employees are padding their resumes until something else comes up. Hence the astronomical turnover.
