Excellent work culture and team of people who are always around and keen to help. This is a great company to work for if you enjoy travel and exposure to different projects.

      Not too small, not too corporate, growing fast, people know what they are doing, real experts. My manager is good and I like the people. ETRM wasn't what I thought I would do but I like it a lot and it seems to be growing faster than general consulting according to my friends at other firms.

      it can be a bit hard to find the work you want/are best at but I guess that is just consulting.
