The vast majority of people are incredible. Most people in sales, cs, devops, and marketing are awesome coworkers. Some of the leadership is great.

Things really went downhill about two years ago, and it's weird that after two layoffs this year, and a rumored third on the way, there are only two reviews. To me, that speaks to a culture of fear about speaking up. Once upon a time, this was an amazing company, but a lot has changed—not for the good.

I also hear your concerns around trust, communication, and staying people-focused. We know we have work to do, and we’re committed to listening and improving. Over the past year, we’ve taken steps to strengthen employee feedback and connection through quarterly pulse surveys, our first company-wide summit, and the launch of an emerging leaders program. All suggestions implemented based on employee feedback.
