For the most part great environment: casual dress, free food on Fridays, etc. Some of the people are great to work with.

Svantaggi

Noncommittal co-CEOs. Complacent with keeping current management instead of making changes to better the company. HR's decisions are reflective of management's guidance, instead of employees' best interests. Incohesive departments, causing turnoil. Management often chooses high turn over at a lower cost, instead of investing in current employees. Many show up just to collect a pay-check, rather than adding value, management included.

Let me highlight some of the things we’ve been working on: 1. Continue to focus on attracting and retaining the best and brightest employees 2. Work harder to increase employee engagement (free lunches can’t do it all) 3. Improve interdepartmental relationships And we loved the title of your review, by the way!
