Really great people, generous salaries, good product to work with, willing to put in the time and effort then you will succeed, a small company that collaborates and gets a lot accomplished. Very good email and customer acquisition platform.

You have to be a self starter or it is over before it even started. Environment changes on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. Lack of a unified and consistent marketing effort have cost the company business. Change is constant and often unsettling.

Good compensation with commission. I started out loving this job. I learned a lot of new things in the first few months, unfortunately I had to learn them on my own because the training process was weak. I loved the team I worked with and depended on their knowledge and support.

Lack of management involvement in day to day activities of employees. Weak training processes. Little support from upper management in solving inter-company issues. The job descriptions all over the company we constantly changing. New rules implemented and forgotten weeks later. The company was trying to grow but didn't have the stability to maintain forward progress.
