As both a former Managing Director and now in a corporate role - though contract, I've seen the infrastructure, the strategy, and the people - all of it is built to actually deliver results, not just look good on a website.

The organization is growing rapidly, which means systems and processes are constantly evolving to keep up with scale. I love the environment here.
