Especially in QA - Some incompetent people being tolerated in organisation for years is open secret to everyone but upper management. - Middle management is still bloated with too many managers just tracking status - From dev point of view, quality of work is not good anymore and tech stack has stagnated for past 3-4 years. - Remains to be seen what changes the new company will bring to the organisation in terms of compensation and HR benefits.
