Svantaggi
1- There are great people but there are few people with 6th standard monitor's attitude and they like to show their authority in the form of degrading other people. If one doesn't take a stand for himself/herself, there is suffering in the long term. 2- Sometimes climbing the ladder of hierarchy seems impossible unless you know how to do bootlicking (that is not always the case there are many people who promotes merit rather than their own likes/dislikes). Speak up for yourself and push yourself to grab opportunities. 3- HR would highlight perks during the hiring process, however after joining I2C there would be a lot of 'ifs' involved.
