- The people are always what make a business, I feel we are no different, there are a lot of very smart, capable and driven people here - Colleagues genuinely care, even when they themselves are busy, tough deadlines and lots to deliver against, I always find that people are willing to spend time to help - The tech and applications of our tech is exciting, genuinely solving some of the most challenging vision problems out there - Lots of internal movement in the forms of promotions and people moving between functions. Good people staying is always a good thing - Our new chief revenue officer has brought with him change. Not just a growing revenue team but an energised one with a greater sense of cohesion as well as pace and urgency - The HR function genuinely cares, I have worked in previous organisations where that is not the case. I find them approachable and highly knowledgeable. They have to make tough decisions at times, but who doesn't. Not an enviable role in my opinion - Benefits are good, I particularly like the learning and development platform we use. Could the benefits be even better, sure, but then again we always want more. I believe they will get better in time as our revenues grow - Pretty chilled and relaxed hybrid working environment. No mandatory days in the office. This really helps me as I have childcare struggles - I think we have a pretty exciting outlook as a business. There seems genuine forward momentum this year as compared to years gone past. Even then, we were still in a better spot than many other organisations around us.

- Salary increases could be better each year, but again aware that this is also dependent on revenues scaling further - Reinstate the Summer party - New SWAG would be nice, its been years since we had anything like that - Tendency to spread ourselves too thin, scaling some of these wants/desires back and focussing on key areas that will drive success would be better. If not an option, then invest more in and hire more people to account for this. - Quite a lot of senior people in the business. What made iProov great back in the day was that it was filled with smart and capable juniors and graduates (who have now all progressed to senior roles). It would be nice to have a graduate program or some way to keep that flow of junior talent coming into the business each year.

Wonderful people, fascinating work. Everyone I knew there was smart and motivated, and the thinking was consistently out of the box.

None I can think of. The workspace was a bit small so people worked in close quarters, but generally that was a plus, fostering cooperation.
