Ever changing requirements as an app support engineer is expected, so it is a welcome part of the job. Things always stay interesting and the management is there to support whatever you need to accomplish your goals as a member of the team.

As with any job, some of the day to day tasks can get redundant. As an application support member, my job is to automate and or fix reoccurring issues. The big problem comes when multiple new problems show up at the same time and you have to balance between manually handling one problem, where a full fix would take a non trivial amount of time, while you develop a full fix for another problem.
