The staff members are an amazing group of people.

The management will tell you what you want to hear during the onboarding process. But will do the complete opposite. The CEO is sociopath and is a penny squeezer, he will pay you pennys (below industry standard) and expect you to make him millions. Furthermore the commission structure is setup for you to lose, meaning you will not make or reach quota & I mean never ever! (ludicrous I know). If your looking for growth, your better off applying at McDonald's. Lastly their true policy is hire fast and fire fast. If your desperate for money look elsewhere.

You learn very quickly how to be fake.

Management promoted were all friends of a Manager. That was very clear to staff how their system works. Very inappropriate. If they do not like something you say, expect a teams call to tell you how inappropriate that was. Seemed ok when other people used inappropriate language. They have way to many useless meetings where time could be spent doing more important things. Activities that we participated in are for children and not adults.
