Before I start writing the cons, would like to inform that all the positive comments uploaded here are fake. It is done by HR to misguide people. 1. No recognitions for the talented people. 2. Extremely biased Managment 3. Only way you can be safe and get promotion if you are willing to say 'yes' to what the CEO says. Not at all open to new ideas. 3. extreme negativity and mental harrasement. 4. they humilate employees everyday in meetings 5. No proper HR policies, no PF even tax are not regulated. 6. Even if you serve 45 days notice period, they still deny experience letter based on their personal preference and threaten to give negative feedback to your next employer 7. all their policies look good on papers nothing happen in reality.
