Often don't treat employees as mature 'human beings'. Rules can be strict and militant. Having conversation with employees in other departments (that isn't work-related), is frowned-upon. Environment is much TOO serious!

Location was great, lunch places had great variety. Fellow co workers were great, upper management not so much.

Too much red tape, small company of 30 acting like a 1000+ company. Way too many mangers, on average each manger had 2 reports. Sales team always cycling in and getting fired.
