Needs to become way more data-driven. Do more to keep good employees, especially in engineering and data. If you want the best people from Switzerland, you need to pay Zurich salaries.

- HR and Management are extremely non-transparent, with anything related to contractual stuff, salaries, even after you have left the company - Be careful of your resignation contracts/paperwork, hire a lawyer, because they'll use your non-proficiency in legal topics to give you terms which only benefit them the best - Don't expect any empathy or honesty (especially anything related to money)

- nice and friendly colleagues - good working conditions and environment - fair salaries (were tied up with benchmarks over last year's)

- not inspiring top management - week performance evaluation process - not a "People" organization I had a very negative experience of leaving the company, it was organized very unfair, like has no value there. Incompetent new team lead, who was officially promoted after 6moths of probation even though the whole team was very unhappy with him, there was simply even no feedback session organized between... management and HR and his teammates to discuss how he was performing, even though there were already complaints!

Company conveys to be modern and motivated, but fails to deliver on almost all levels. They have a reputation of deterring good employees. Entire teams have left the company during my 1.5 yrs at the company. No clear career paths. A lot of dictation. Employees are ranked and rated arbitrarily. Some of the most important people in the company had to leave or have left. My advice: Stay clear of this company. At... least as an Engineer there are much better places in Berlin.

Tech Stack is almost up to date. Very good personal development in cross team projects. Healthy environment.
