We mainly do that by employing the strategic framework “objectives and key results” (OKRs). Every team manager is responsible for walking their team through what OKRs are and how they are applied in their team so that the main priorities keep being top-of-mind. If you have any feedback to give in terms of your OKR targets, we encourage you to talk about it with your manager in your 1-on-1’s.
