Many things written in the contract have not been respected. Very stressful, demotivating environment. People are promoted who are not at all able to make decisions and to keep calm in case of particular situations. They don't give you time to explain and have unfair attitudes: shouting, etc. You learn something and the next day it changes, and if you dare to ask, they tell you that you have to adapt. I do not recommend applying to this company.
