The company and the employees are young and want to keep their DNA through the scale up. That means a dynamic environment, great people, unlimited holidays, welfare, life-work balance, smart/remote working (depending on your team). Most importantly, although there are 120+ employees right now, you are not just a number, but a vivid part of the company and your opinion is important and listened.

Being at this scale maybe the career opportunities are limited, since teams are already in place and defined, but there's the chance to show and express yourself and being rewarded for them.

- people: young, smart and very interesting team mates (+ international background!). Moreover, basically everyone is passionate about the travel industry and their role into the company, which makes working at the office very fun and engaging. - culture: strong company culture, definetely result-oriented and not related to boring administrative standards (free holidays, wonderful smartworking policy, efficient management system, interesting company benefits) - learning opportunities: the company and the industry are growing very fast. This need to adapt to fast-changing industry, target needs, company size and relative structure made me strenghten a lot my sof skills (team management, problem solving, time management, negotiation, ...) and gave me a very flexible framework to be easily re-adapted into different industries, companies and customers.

- carrer path: the ever-changing context sometimes make things change very fast, including your career path. You, as an employee, have always to have clear in mind which are your professional objectives and goals and always be ready to find innovative solutions and paths to reach them (by yourown). - work life balance: sometimes passion + a result-oriented culture might lead to overwork. You, as an employee, have always to balance the time and effort put into what you do and your daily committment to the company. - compensation: it was not easy for me to speak about compensation and I always had to fight to get increases
